Description of 1968 Ford F-100

This auction is for a 1968 Ford f100 short bed 2wheel drive pickup with the wide bed. I am selling it as a project because it has been off the road for a long time. and need to be gone through before being a daily driver. The body is pretty nice with minimum of rust . the floors don't have any holes and a solid. It looks pretty good and could be driven the way it is cosmetically. The engine transmission and differential are all in good condition. the clutch works but is near the top. the truck needs to be gone through. the exhaust is there but just run under the cab so it needs mufflers. it has brakes but they need checking. probably needs shocks and tiresand just generally a going over mechanically. The engine starts right up and doesn't smoke and has plenty of power. it has been rain for days so it was had to get photos. I will post more if it stops raining. The paint is a semigloss white. the original finish was cream color. The interior is black. with no radio but the original seat and floor mat. It was a column shift. three on the tree but has a hust floor shift. it would be easy to put it back on the column. It has black and yellow California plate that go with it. It is out of the system so has no back fees. That can be verified on the Calif DMV website with the VIN above and the plate number which is Q63416. The truck will be sold with a bill of sale. Cool truck. ard to find wish I could keep it. but I can't.
