Description of 1984 GMC Jimmy |
| I am selling my Jimmy after putting what I consider a ton of work into this. Yes there is rust. Both rockers are shot and the floor pans need help. I went to upgrade the seats to ones that are adjustable (out of a 1990 K-5) and that is when I found the rust in the floor pans. I have put a real bumper on the rear of the truck so I could stand on it. The front bumper is ready for a winch and has been powder coated. The DIY frame savers are bed lined professionaly as well as the brush gaurd. Has a newer 5. 7 efi motor with a carbureted intake. Belt system has been converted to a serpentine belt. There are two batterers for future off road lights. All SEVEN u joints have been replaced and both axels have had bearings and seals replaced within the last 18 months. I have a lot of evtra parts for this truck- some new like window molding for the rear glass and both doors. A newer steering colum. some glass. trim pieces. and so on. FIVE new BFG 35's and farm jack. |
