Both models featured a Mitsubishi TD06-17C/8 Turbocharger and a Garrett water and air-cooler which was attached to a 4.3L V6. This combination of performance parts would get the Typhoon pushing 60 mph in 5.7 seconds and a quarter mile in 14.5 seconds straight from the factory.
