| Well this is a 1949 GMC 300 Deluxe 5 window wheat truck. I bought it 5 yrs ago and drove it home. It ran until a rat chewed thru the gas lines on the carb. The dump bed still works as well. I had intended to restore it. but due to other projects I have not been able to get it in my shop. The truck had been parked in a big wheat barn for years when I bought from a feed store that was going out of business. The old truck is pretty much unmolested & the glass is good except for the back window. which can easily be replaced. There is very little rust for its age. the body is in good shape & is made from heavy metal. You can take out the dents with a sledge hammer. This is a rare truck & will be a good restoration project as it is all original equipment. It needs a good home. Buyer will be responsible for pick up & transport.
