Description of 1984 Honda Civic

Interior is original.
The first 2 photos in the listing are from 2012 and the car has been garaged full-time and driven 1,285 miles since they were taken.
All other photos were taken on 12/8/2015.
If you know these cars you know how rare they are with this low mileage and in this condition.
Well worth fixing up and keeping it running.
That being said, robably not worth trying to flip.
Service records since 1988.
Same owner since March 1992.
In spite of what the Vehicle Report seems to suggest, his is a two (2) owner vehicle as far as the records I have show. We are the owner from March 1992 to the present (2015).
In person inspections prior to buying or offering are encouraged and welcomed. Sold AS IS, nd I want you to know what you're buying!
I'm told by my autobody/welder friend that it isn't rusted beyond repair and that some body panels for these are still available which could make repair of the rusted areas much easier, hough possibly more expensive depending on how much the front fenders and floor panels would cost.
The Honda dealership tells me that due to the age, t would be advisable for the next owner to have the timing belt replaced since that hasn't been done yet.

It has come to my attention that the Autocheck report is not accurate particularly with regard to the odometer reading.
The Mileage indicates the same odometer reading from 1992 through 2004 which is of course impossible and could indicate odometer tampering...THANKS AUTOCHECK! I have accurate Dealership printouts of yearly inspections and all other service the car received from 1988 through 2015 showing the true mileage of the car and all work done.
***Beware that Autocheck gets its records from various sources and the primary one is Experian. Experian apparently has difficulty keeping their records accurate and thus what Autocheck receives is not entirely trustworthy.***
