1993 Honda Del Sol. Runs and drives but needs a good tune up and it will need paint/body work. Rust on quarter panels and some minor rust behind door- can be ground out, filled with putty and prepped for paint. Clear coat is peeling and in some places the red paint is peeling. Interior is fair, consistent with age of the vehicle. Stereo is newer w/ CD player. Targa top pops off and has a storage rack in the trunk. This lets you have the feel of a convertible while avoiding the wind effects (by keeping the back window up you block the wind, put the window down and you have wind rushing through if you like it that way). It also maintains a roll bar in front and behind driver/passenger for added safety over standard convertible styles. Headlights work, windows work (including rear window), brakes work, no flat tires. The car is in decent shape but needs some restoration to make it great. It will run and drive but it has a hesitation at 3500 RPM. I put on a new distributor, plugs, fuel filter, and air filter. It comes with new front and rear strut tower braces (not installed) and new front bumper (not installed, original OEM style black ABS plastic- current bumper is not damaged but I figured it would be easier to start fresh with a new one than to strip and repaint the current bumper). Has original spare tire and roadside kit in good condition. Excellent project for restoring if you are an enthusiast or want to get into a sweet sports car on the cheap. I was hoping to do the work but I need to get some money together for a family vacation so the project car has got to go. Please ask me any questions you have or let me know if you would like to come see it in person. No warranty or guarantee. As-is, where-is. Will accept cashiers check and cash in person or full payment via paypal.
