1991 Honda CRX DX Automatic with 161,XXX miles. Located in Southern California. Solid driver, I’ve been averaging 42 MPGs with a range of 40-45 depending on the ratio of highway miles over the last 5,000 miles I’ve driven this car. It is a daily driver and I’ve been performing the basic maintenance since I do not have maintenance records. As I drive the car I also discover other repairs and have been working them as well, outstanding squawk and to-do list below. All repairs/maintenance listed has been done recently, (since 155k miles and early April 2017.) It passed California emissions testing in late March and passed well even without changing the oil or performing ignition system maintenance (spark plugs, rotor, and cap), just fresh 91 octane fuel. Also for the record the car had been flagged as a gross polluter at some time in the past by the state. I do not know why or for what or whether one can ever get off the bad boy list. Stupid State. I need to look into this further but I’ve been told that in California this means you need to get a smog annually and can only take the vehicle to a Star Certified Station. The vehicle passed well with regard to HC and CO and in my area NOx is not looked at so that may or may not be an area that could be an issue. As part of the deal/price for for CA buyer I will have the car retested so that there are ZERO issues transferring title and you’ll know the car is still running well.
Registration is paid for until April of 2018 but will need another smog to transfer title. Overall it runs great, and is basically bone stock. The cons are registered gross polluter in California, it’s seen some front end damage as shown in photos (not the original hood) as well as some undercarriage trauma (dented oil pan, exhaust pipe, fuel tank). For those out of state, minimal to zero rust an A overall when it comes to corrosion concerns. Also when I took it in for an alignment it was suggested that the chassis needed a bit of re-tweaking from a body shop to realign the undercarriage. There is a slight drift to the right even with alignmentbut he said that there shouldn't be abnormal tire wear. In my opinion the car feels and tracks well regardless. No drips, the oil pan does get “sweaty” over time so there’s bound to be some amount of seepage out of seals, but not enough to create drips.
All questions are welcomed and encouraged. Serious inquires only, please ask questions and/or see vehicle first before bidding. Deposit is nonrefundable due to Ebay fees.

I also do want to explicitly point out the passenger side front fender damage and there's some other dents/dings,etc on the passenger's side. I can send additional pictures to try and show this. Thanks

I also just pulled the car fax and it looks good. Even though there are dents on the oil pan, resonator, and gas tank in addition to seeing that it is not the original hood and you can see where there was some damage near the radiator and headlights (if you zoom in you can see that the cross member in front of the radiator is not original to this car as well, but there are no reported accidents on the car fax. I was told it had a bad spark plug wire at the smog check which would account for the gross polluter designation if it was misfiring during the smog check Unfortunately I think the state of CA adds yearly smog check requirements for registration. Please look into this if keeping it in California.
Thanks
