One of the 150 Midnight Stars to be built in excellent condition, built on 3 May, 1979 and delivered to Arlington, TX. Extensive restoration done prior to us obtaining it and then we had an extensive mechanical restoration done including a full rebuild of the motor. Fantastic condition and I have roughly 100 more pictures that I am unable to upload here but can show any prospective buyer. Plastic louvres, tailgate and grill insert in decent condition for the age but everything is in place and looks good with a few cracks. Center console in great condition, engine runs like a top, thousands were spent to get it to where it is now and have a file full of receipts for both the aesthetic and mechanical restorations. Won best paint at nationals in '11, all special Midnight star moldings in good condition. New tires, new motor and the rest was gone through at the time of the mechanical restoration. Floors, body mounts and undercarriage are all solid and coated. New body bushings throughout. A/C works but isn't ice cold, likely needs a charge. Not sure of exact miles but I've no reason to doubt the miles to be original sub 50K as shown. Very impressive Scout in amazing condition. Line set ticket is pictured and reams of receipts will be provided. Doors shut very well with no sag, rear lift gate has hydraulic shocks in place of the original lift gate arms, tailgate shuts well. Carpet is excellent. This Scout hasn't been driven much since completion of the work but it starts, idles and drives off very well as to be expected considering it's a completely rebuilt and refurbished motor as the receipts will show in Feb of 2018.
