Description of 1977 International Harvester Scout

Iâ€™ve had this Scout for almost four years and it was an already running, very well maintained rig. I have since put on Hamilton Fuel Injection, new springs/shocks, Bilstein steering dampener, master cylinder/brake booster, front and rear bumpers, lift gate struts, all new lights/lenses, wheels/tires, stereo system, rebuilt original tranny, aluminum radiator and much more...
Truck has power steering, brakes and working factory air. This is a 2WD Scout and while many find this odd, I enjoyed it for cruising down to the beach for the weekend and the occasional commute to work.
There is a couple small cancer spots (literally 3 spots the size of a quarter) and the paint was done prior to me and looks to be a single stage over the similar color factory paint. Rockers are solid.
Iâ€™m in the military and looking to lighten my footprint before retiring. Take good care of him.
