The engine is a 304, and was fully rebuilt and runs excellent.transmission was gone through and the transfer case as well. Both shift excellent!The rocker panels were replaced with box tubing so it can be used offroad and protect the rockers from damage. With the lockers, rockers, twin stick and full roll cage, this scout can be perfectly comfortable at the beach, cruising through town or hitting the trails.Just prepare yourself for lots of conversations at the gas station or trailhead, people love this truck!
