BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
this is a nice unmolested / non modded very original Impulse Turbo.
75k original mile, Box A title. Headgasket was replaced about 15
yrs ago, in which time the head was done and re assembled. It sat for a while
and the fuel pump went bad, when that happened, it just sat another 10 yrs
here in the Az desert in the driveway. Its original under the hood and even has
its original white paint (except the LF fender,..see pics) Has some nice factory
options too. These cars are becoming very rare and getting harder to find.
The interior is showing its age for sure, mostly from the sun and heat as is
the paint outside of course being 30 yrs old already. More info below..

These cars are getting harder to find esp in this condition
that are still affordable to most buyers.
DRIVETRAIN: we believe the motor to be the original 2.0
that had the head off about 10 yrs ago to do a headgasket.
Some work was done, completed but then soon after the fuel
pump went out, and it just sat. It cranks fine, but still needs at
least the fuel pump. Turbo back in the day was fine, as was the
5 spd and rearend. Its obviously going to take some work to
get it back on the road, but a weekend working on this car
you can probably get it running again. Tires are bad, but I have
a set of 245-50-14 used BFGs Ill throw in for an extra $100 if
the winner wants them The factory alloy wheels are very light
too. Remember, its rwd, turbo and intercooled... with factory AC !
INTERIOR: take a look at the pics, the interior got pretty dusty
and dirty from the desert environment. Dr seat is broken and
leaning, carpet it beat too. Being an AZ car somehow water got in
the spare tire area and sat, causing some rust in the spare tire well.
Its pretty complete inside, but will need cleaning and restoration
in a few areas inside to be really nice. PW option and factory sunroof
is nice too. As we say in the biz, it is what it is :)
EXTERIOR:the body is almost 100% original. I notice that one of
the side skirts is missing, and obviously the LF fender has a dent, but
rest of the body it pretty amazing shape. No rot on the rockers or
usual spots scene on eastcoast cars. Leave the patina, fix the dent,
buff out what you can, and make it mechanically sound and it would
be a great car to keep original and just drive to Import Shows. SUSPENSION:the suspension, pretty sweet. Huge factory
Sway bars add to the Lotus engineering Isuzu collaborated with
back in the day, making these cars handle extremely well with
a good set of tires and someone experienced behind the wheel.
One of the last tuner turbo RWD cars to come from overseas back
in this era.
The car obviously needs some restoration, but they are harder
to find all the time. I havent even seen one driving on the road
in prob the last 10 yrs. Most were crushed, beat on or wrecked.

Az gets maybe 12" a yr of rain and Az very dry climate.

We put a lot of time and effort in marketing our cars and it shows.
People wait months for a car this solid to come up for sale
and even if you have to pay shipping to your area, it still beats
paying a body shop to hopefully fix a rusty car for weeks on end.
Having as much as the original steel on a restored car these days
speaks volumes.
This is a great car to restore, their values are on the rise !
day when you feel the need, and watch it appreciate for yrs
to come.
People are flipping cars all the time when most of the jobs are
fast, for a quick buck and quality suffers. No worries here, and
we post legit large pics to prove it.

No problem helping it to the docks if you are shipping overseas .
If you have to wait for the title to ship your car, it still needs to
be paid for and shipped from our holding lot as mentioned in
the ad. When we get the title for it, we will fedex it to you.

and say Hi and we can take it from there.
Bank Wires need to be prompt if you are out of the country
because they always seem to take longer then expected.
I bank with B of A which makes things easy for many out of
state for payment. direct depositor Cashier checks
If you wire the funds we must add a $50 fee that our bank charges us.
must clear before car can move. Its a sign of the times, sorry.
