Description of 1987 Jaguar XJ6 |
| Nicely maintained. final year of production. Arctic Blue. sedan with sunroof. Rebuilt Jaguar motor (NOT Chevy!) and transmission; (about 10K miles on them) new factory carpet; upgraded air conditioning (R134); Alpine AM-FM-Cassette with trunk mounted 6 disc CD changer;(Original AM-FM-Cassette stereo with codes included); new leather driver's seat. If you know these cars. you know that the interior courtesy lights are inadequate. so I have added visors from a '94 XJS (with the courtesy lamps and lighted mirrors). rear reading lamps from a '97 VDP as well as lamps in the rear footwells! Shows great at night. It also has an alarm with central remote unlocking for the doors. It was completely stripped and repainted about 5 years ago. All the door. window and windshield gaskets were replaced. as was the front windshield. |
