Description of 1983 Jeep CJ

I'm posting my beloved 1983 Jeep CJ-7, he needs a new home, t's time to move on to other Jeeps.This CJ-7 started life off the factory floor of a plant in Wichita Falls Texas, t then made its way to Indiana where i picked it up.It's got the 258 4.2l straight 6 mated with the 4 speed. I've got blood sweat and tears into this Jeep (As most Jeep owners would understand). Here's a run down of most everything.
4.5 inch Rubicon Express lift kit (Doesn't ride like a "typical Jeep", ides very, ery soft and comfortable)35 inch tires (Without a spare)4.10 gears (just upgraded)Detroit Tru-trac lockers front and rear (also just upgraded, hey perform flawlessly off-road and on road, o squeaking from standard lockers)Solid AxlesWeber CarburatorNO RUST! On the body, rame and suspension. However, he floorboards are rusted through, 've got them covered up. But have all floorboards to go with it. Now i'm sure i'm forgetting other things... But she's a great runner, n and off road, ery reliable. It's a blast to drive, ower steering and power brakes even! It'll go anywhere off-road, aven't ever gotten it stuck believe it or not. It's by no means a race car though, .10 gears and a straight 6 isn't meant for high speed. But it's got a ton of low end power for wheeling. I currently daily drive it and have no problems with that. But here's the issues it's got, 'm going to be honest in what it needs here. It's got rusted through driver and passenger floorboards, have new ones for both. The gas gauge doesn't work, ither not hooked up or the sending unit is bad, aven't dropped the tank to look. The power steering pump as a small seal that's bad and it leaks a little bit, ut not bad. It's never let me down. Everything else is sound in it, trust it to take me anywhere.
