Description of 1951 Jeep CJ

I'm in over my head. 1951 CJ3A with metal top. Not running but not seized up either. Bought it a few weeks ago and just don't know if I have the time or money to restore it. No title, loor is rusted out, ocker panels are very rough. It has the 134 Go Devil engine and Dana 44 rear end. Rear diff is in the bed. Frame looks solid. It had some old seats in it that were not original and I still have them. It has a recently purchased fuel tank. This one needs some love or will make a good parts jeep.
