Description of 1949 Jeep CJ 3A

Selling a 1949-1952 CJ3A Willys Jeep. I give a range because my grandfather restored it and didn't have the original title so we don't know when it was built. When I transferred the title from California to Ohio, there were complications because there was no VIN on the Jeep. So, I eventually had to get a self built title for it. I was told that was the only way to go without a VIN on the vehicle. It has one now.
It has not been started in 5 and a half years. When I stopped using it 5 years ago, the Jeep/engine was running great. About 2 or 3 years ago I tried to start it and the engine turned over fine, but it didn't fire up and I didn't try very hard. I haven't tried to turn it over since.
I believe it has a straight 6 cylinder Kaiser motor. You can see the engine in one of the photos.
I have a tow bar for it, canvas doors and a canvas top.
I inflated the tires, put the tow bar on it and towed it down the street today. Nothing is seized, it towed fine. The tow bar has a 2" bar in case you'd like to tow it home.
Please let me know if you have any questions. You are welcome to come over and check it out.
Local pick up only. No delivery.
I'll accept cash, cashiers check or PayPal.
Thanks for taking a look.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Upon further inspection, research and some expert advice (thank you!), I believe this is a 1943-ish Ford GPW. I have included more pictures. Some just for your additional information and some show the details that positively identify it as a Ford GPW as opposed to a Willys MB. For example, the frame under the radiator is an inverted U as opposed to a tube on the Willys.
The one picture is the engine serial number which is 3059695. From what I have read, that's not the original Kaiser motor.
