Description of 1976 Jeep Cherokee Widetrack

The story of the Chief ……. Up for grabs is a 1 owner 1976 Cherokee Chief 2 dr s widetrack 91. 00original miles with factory ac and 401 when purchased it got the Ziebart protection (I still have the certificate) also have original owner’s manual along with other documents from time of purchase . truck has been in FL its whole life. We purchased it about 6 yrs. ago I stripped vehicle down to bare body. Then had body sand blasted (surprisingly small amount of rust for a fsj ) then had all spots professionally repaired and painted about $ 5k in body work and paint went back with original paint scheme (o yea it had original paint ) put back together with all prothane body bushings also replaced all suspension bushings as well with prothane . reman steering box from Napa . new PS pump PS reservoir powder coated cleaned fuel tank and installed new sender had front differentials out and went thru and cleaned and painted as they worked perfect before disassembly vehicle is back to a rolling chassis with new 15x10 black powder coated wheels with brand new pro comp at 33-12. 50-15 tires $ 800 (well were brand new has been sitting on them for about 3 yrs. tires still look great . The engine has been professionally rebuilt did not spare anything on engine everything on engine is new except for the cylinder heads. engine block and the crank and rods all got reconditioned new harmonic balancer. flywheel and rotating assy has been balanced did the valley oil update to reduce oil starvation to rear cylinders (common problem) comp 270 cam etc. etc. have receipts over $ 3K in engine. over $700 in misc. powder coating alone interior had front seats professionally recovered in original color they were able to save the tribal pattern and transfer to new seats . rear seat in great condition as well as center console . with new headliner ready to be installed $1000 Brake system . new brake booster . new master cylinder stainless steel brake lines . new cylinders . hardware and shoes for rear . new calipers and pads front . machined drums and rotors . cleaned and repacked front bearings with new seals . I even have the reproduction decal kit and a complete weatherstrip kit have all parts to put back together + extras bought another chief and stripped it for extra parts and a lot of new parts in quite sure im missing some stuff I am tired of looking at it go to waste I lost interest and do not have the desire to finish body and paint looks great the hood needs finished (have paint code ) and my son backed the 4 wheeler into r/f fender see pics feel free to email me with any questions or a pic u may want to see ps all bolts / parts were cleaned and bagged and labled for ease of reassemblyThanks for looking Jim This item is pickup only will need truck and car hauler can help load
