Description of 1973 Jeep Other 4X4

Beautifully restored (well, mostly) J20 4x4 truck. This truck sits on an 8" lift and 35" Mickey Thompson tires. It has a 401 engine (1974) (automatic transmission) and is loud and beefy, a definite head turner. I always get a thumbs up from at least one person when I drive it!
The truck has been slightly modified in looks (notice the side view mirrors are not the originals but look much better) and you will notice the back tailgate latch is not there (it's on the inside of the tailgate!). It has a fuel cell in the back so you don't see a gas cap. A very clean, unusual truck that will get people looking and drooling over it.
The inside has not been redone except for the bench seat has been reupholstered. This truck has been in southern CA since the beginning and I believe I am the 4th or 5th owner. I hate to sell it, but I am trying to buy a house and need the $.
It has a small transmission leak which I believe is a small seal that needs to be replaced. It runs and drives GREAT. All the badging is original and I have extra parts to include (brake booster, newer cluster assembly and other odds and ends). I also have most of the pictures of the restore process for the truck. NOTE: I don't know the exact mileage as the engine is not the original and the odometer does not work. It doesn't get driven too much. I had to put a number into the ebay template so I guessed at 200,000.
I don't have a video at the moment but can easily make one if requested. I have the pink slip in my hand and am the sole owner of this. I know I'm gonna regret selling it but I must. :(

EDIT ON 10/29/16---

THE TIRE SIZE IS 38", NOT 35". I GREATLY APOLOGIZE FOR THE TYPO!

Also added another pic of the interior to post. Thanks for looking!
