Description of 1992 Jeep Wrangler Base Sport Utility 2-Door |
Up for sale is my 1992 Jeep Wrangler. The jeep has always been in the Atlanta area and is rust free. The jeep drives great at highway speeds and I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere. The jeep is a 5 speed with ice cold factory AC. Sony CD player and 6x9 rear speakers were added this summer. The top in the pictures is a new Rampage Half Cab top. The jeep also comes with a 2 year old Bestop Spice replace a top with tinted windows. The rear seat will also come with the jeep. The wrangler has a Procomp 4 inch lift. I have replaced the old shocks with new gas charged Bilstein shocks, The tires are brand new BFG MTs 35x12.5r15 on American Racing wheels. I have a 33" spare on a matching wheel to go with the Jeep. The factory axles have been upgraded with 4.10 gears. The jeep will cruise at highway speeds! The rear axle has a lock rite locker installed. I just serviced the brakes and added new stainless brake lines, calipers, drilled and slotted rotors, and ceramic pads on the front axle. The rear brakes have new wheel cylinders, shoes, and hardware packs. The parking brake still functions. I added a Smittybilt 9.5k winch on the front with synthetic rope. The 4.0 motor has just under 159k miles on it and is all stock except for the Borla Header. It has a tune up with new cap rotor, plugs and wires this summer. I replaced the serpentine belt this summer also. The battery is a new heavy duty AGM battery. The jeep does leak some oil at the rear main seal. I add a quart every 1000 miles. The transfer case has a slip yoke eliminator kit installed and a CV rear driveshaft. You can see in the pics that the jeep is rust free on top and bottom. |
