The Beijing Jeep BJ-212 was built for the Chinese Government, in a joint venture between Chrysler and the Beijing Auto Works. It is powered by a 149.2-cid, 75-hp inline four-cylinder engine with manual transmission. It is a five-passenger, 2-4-wheel drive vehicle with side curtains and a folding canvas top and rides on a 90.5-inch wheelbase. It is reported by the owner that relatively few of these are in the United States and is unsure how it made its way to America. The history of this vehicle is vastly unknown. Title is in hand. TheBJ-212runs, but seems to be stuck in 4 wheel drive. The body has some damage (as seen in the pictures), but has no frame rust. The rear wheel flaringswere cut such that bigger tires could be used(See Pictures). These flarings are still with the vehicle. There is one original seat that comes with theBJ-212, and one after market one that's currently bolted inside. There is no back bench seat or passenger seat currently. The fabric convertibletop is missing, but all 4 window frames with functional glass are included. All 4 doors open and close without any issues. This is a piece of history that you can have for yourself. Gems like thesedefinitelyneed more than 24 pictures in their advertisement. With that being said, I have many more pictures to show/send on request. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. Although we've made every effort to disclose what we know about the BJ-212, it's being sold as is.
