Description of 1946 Jeep CJ

Up for auction is a 1946 Jeep Overland CJ2A. Barn Find. This Classic has been in a barn in Tennessee for many years and just recently been pulled back into the sunlight. Although the jeep has been sitting for years I put a battery in it and some gasoline from a remote tank and the engine started right up and sounded very good. I think the Jeep is complete minus the windshield and top. These parts are readily available from aftermarket suppliers. The jeep was intended to be a trail jeep and to be used on the farm and comes with a Bill of Sale only. The tires hold air but are of course dry and cracked. The body and frame are in fair condition and are solid. The trans and drive train are in unknown condition. The brakes are not operational at this time. The seats are there and in need of a redo. Although this rare Classic needs a to be completely checked over and the necessary repairs made . his may be the one you have been looking for.
