Pretty much ready for the trails. Just needs the repairs below and some TLC. The only reason I'm selling it is because I just don't have time to use it. I have too many toys and I'm working 16 hour days. I've had it for about a year and the previous owner did all the upgrades except the CPS, which I just had installed.

The good:
Recent S&J Engine crate 4.0 swap with roughly 20k on it - 7yr 100k (warranty not transferable)
New 242j part time 4x4 transfer case (not rebuilt).
Rough Country 4.5 suspension lift with full leafs and 3" LCA drop kit.
C8.25 rear axle swap from the Dana 35. G2 Master rebuild kits front and rear.
New calipers and new J10 master cylinder.
G2 4:10 gears
Lunchbox lockers front and rear.
Rusty's Offroad HD steering with new Moog ends installed last week.
New Dodge Durango v8 non snow plow steering gear box upgrade w 2.5 turns lock to lock.
Upgraded Mustang 5.0 fuel injectors.
New fuel pressure regulator.
New A/C compressor with engine swap
New exhaust manifold with engine swap.
New intake/exhaust manifold gasket.
New alternator.
50% tread on 31x10.5
Ranger xlt 16" wheels
2" hub-centric aluminum wheel spacers
AC professionally repaired
New CPS Power windows, locks and driver seat all work

The bad:
Will start (BUT NOT RUN) because it needs fuel pump and tank.
Rusty bumpers
Interior (front seats) needs work Rear lift gate latch stuck Odometer broken. Speedometer broken Possibly needs front locker removed/replaced to be a daily driver Paint faded in spots

*Vehicle is currently at my mechanic, who can confirm that it will run but just needs the fuel pump and tank.
