It does need: The wiring in the jeep is not 100% complete The Air Lockers are not hooked up. The pump is mounted under the hood. It needs to be wired and the lines need to be run. The Rear driver side axle hub has a leak. It needs to betighten or possibly seal needs to be replaced. It needs a repair. I bought this Jeep a few years ago. Most of the jeep was already done. I put a lot of time and money into it myself, customizing it for me. It is drive ablebut may need some little things here and there depending on what you want. I never drove it on the highway or the public roads more then a few miles. My property backs up to the National Forest and i always drove it off road.
