About this vehicleThis 1985 Jeep CJ7 is an original. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle is drivable and is mainly used for weekend drives.Seller's NotesShe is a great Jeep. I only drive her when pulling my old jon boat to the water to do some fishing . The 4 wheel drive works and the locking hubs were replaced in the last 2 years. She needs a tune up, but has regular oil changes every 3000 miles. If you aren’t handy with the tools this likely isn’t the Jeep for you. If you are a veteran restorer this vehicle has tons of potential. I no longer have a garage or the time to work on her. Priced low so that the right person can do what needs to be done. Please ask all questions before bidding. I have title in hand with no liens. The location of the vehicle is BEAUFORT SOUTH CAROLINA (on Lady’s Island). Thanks for all the questions......The Jeep runs and runs well. The 4 wheel drive works..... I put it in 4wd 2 weeks ago when I took my boat out fishing. The Jeep has a Chevy blower motor upgrade before I got the Jeep.... the heater keeps things warm in the winter.I will gladly meet a commercial shipper locally to get the Jeep to you.... once payment is received and cleared.ExteriorAs you can see she’s an old Jeep. There is rust. There are rust issues in several areas on the floorboards and on the exterior. There are areas of cracked/ chipped paint. There is a tear in the rear plastic window. The zippers work on both sides of rear window, but is tricky to zip up. Definitely not a restored Jeep.InteriorThe driver and passenger seats are in bad shape and are needed replaced. You can see some rust holes on both the driver and passenger sides. The rear seat should be removed or replaced if you are looking to restore. The windshield wipers haven’t worked in a long time. They jam and get stuck on one side or the other when turned on. I have just used Rain-x and never needed my wipers. EngineShe has a 6 cylinder engine that runs fine. Clutch works fine with no issues. There is a slow power steering leak. It looks like it may be at the bottom of the hose. I have been just topping off the fluid every week or two. The carb needs adjusted. When letting off the gas sometimes revs a bit. The turn signals work fine, but when headlights are on the left turn signal stays lit and won’t blink..... no issues with right.Created on the eBay Motors app
