Car has been collector owned for last few years and well maintained. Previous owner had engine rebuilt about 12k miles ago with NEW rings, bearings and internals. It also has a list of other NEW parts as long as my arm:
NEW PARTSDistributor, Ignition wires, Coi, Crankshaft Sensor, Idle air motor, Fuel Pressure regulator, Fuel pump, A/C Compressor, A/C Condenser, Radiator, hoses. Water pump, Starter, Master/Shift cylinders, and a factory rebuilt ECM.
Truck starts up without issues every time, idles great, revs nicely and runs smooth as a whistle. Tranny shifts great with GOOD clutch, brakes work well, and differential doesn't whine. YOU CAN GET IN AND DRIVE IT HOME. Even gets 20+ mpg on highway.
Clean interior with original seats and console. All very nice, small cut on driver's seat. Headliner could use new material. Very presentable overall. Still has the original rubber matting on the inside.
I had the bed rhynolined for durability (NO RUST) and had the underside completely undercoated to prevent corrosion.Overall a VERY FUN JEEP that has been VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF and YOU CAN GET IN AND DRIVE IT NOW.TONS OF MONEY SPENT ON DRIVETRAIN and it will last a while if you keep it up and service it regularly.
NOT perfect obviously as none of these ever were, but a nice example that doesn't need everything like most of them out there.
