Description of 1987 Lincoln Town Car

For Sale: 1987 Lincoln Town Car Stars & Stripes Edition. Very rare less than 1800 built and very few remain in good condition. Loaded! pw,pdl,tilt,cruise,ps,pm, wire wheels, jbl sound system, leather. Super clean in and out! No rust! Garage kept its whole life and shows. Chrome is in excellent condition. All windows and locks work. Ice cold a/c. Recent service includes new exhaust, full tune up (wires, plugs, ca, rotor, air filter, fuel filter), map sensor, fuel sending unit, battery, cables, calipers and pads, fuel pump (preventative maintnance), fuel sending unit (gas gauge now works!). Runs and drives like a dream. You can't even hear the engine its that smooth. Interior is immaculate. No cracks on dash. Tiny crack on drivers door panel (typical of these cars and can be easily repaired). Headliner is in great shape. Carpet is plush. Leather is nice and plush and shows little wear. Never smoked in. Body is very straight. No rust and super straight. Paint shines nicely. All original glass. Roof is in great shape. Frame is rock solid. Never driven in bad weather. Still has factory markings on it. Last of the classic lincoln look. Has the look of the old lincolns but the fuel economy of the newer lincolns. These cars were always known for their longevity and ease of maintenance. Nice ones are becoming hard to comeby. A modern classic that won't break the bank.
