Description of 1989 Lincoln Town Car

1989 Lincoln Town Car with about 115,xxx miles. Asking $1200, or trade. I'll consider any trade, but my preference is for a truck, coupe, or convertible. Trade doesn't have to be a vehicle either, let me know what you have and I'll consider it.
Extremely reliable car, used for driving around town and an occasional three hour drive to Illinois. Always starts first try, even in the negative temperatures recently.
New $120 battery
Nearly new Cherry Bomb glass pack muffler. Sounds good with the V8.
Heat and A/C work
No major mechanical problems. Turn the key and drive.
Does have dents and rust. the rear passenger side door does not open, and the window on that door does not go down.
One hole in the driver seat.
