Up for auction is my 1966 Lincoln Convertible, finished in a black cherry. This was a color change in 1994 ( was dark blue)The vehicle shows very well, the previous paint and body work is starting to show.I don't want to misrepresent the vehicle, it will need body work and repaint. There is no rot at all in the wheel wells, or floors, doors are solid as well.Stainless and chrome in very nice condition, glass is excellent.Top is newer and in very nice condition. I tried to run the top, but it did not unlock, top relay was clicking.I do have a complete file of receipts, and repair orders (money spent) over the years.the 462 engine runs very smooth and quiet, newer exhaust and manifolds have been resealedI do have the original carburetor and I do recommend rebuild and reinstall.I have a new hood cable, that's why hood shows open in pics. The brake booster and master cyl. and wheel cyls. are new. The 2 brake lines to the mater cyl. need replaced.Previous owner added new heavy duty rear leaf springsBoth vent windows work perfectly, all other windows need attention, door panels are perfect. There are 2 small tears in the front seats, rear seats are perfect. This is a very clean and solid car, perfect restoration project.Feel free to call me with any questions or concerns. Matt (734) 777-6690NOTE:My reason for not completing repairs on this car is my 1964 Lincoln Convertible restoration was finished ahead of schedule, and is cominghome this weekend, and I need the room.
