A recent restoration of a 1973 Lotus Europa. It had several expensive "mechanical improvements" when I got the car, i.e. Weber head, 4 wheel disc brakes, adjustable half shafts, water pump, widen clutch/brake/gas pedals etc. All the things done to make these cars more dependable, faster and better drivers. The only thing was the car wasn't very pretty when I got it thus I started the tear down and went through it front to back. Everything is done to a very high show quality level. Paint is the original color pistachio green and is a 10 out of 10. Bumpers were removed and I have them and will go with the car. Interior was also gone through as well as all electrical so everything works including all gauges and the power windows. Windshield is brand new as ordered from the UK along with brand new shocks all four corners. I also put in a brand new exhaust and it really sounds good. Car has a Retro-Sound stereo/radio in it that actually looks pretty factory. It can hook up to any cell phone and also has FM/AM radio. The stripes and wording are decals only and can be removed if wanted. If you are looking for a Europa or it's a bucket list car you won't find one better and more well sorted then this one. The driving experience of these cars is really second to none, it's a race car for the street. As far as the myth that they are only for shorter drivers, I am 6' tall and fit just fine, there is at least 4" between my head and the headliner when seated. I will assist with shipping any way I can. A non refundable deposit of $500 at the end of the auction with the balance in 7 days. I welcome any 3rd party inspection and I do have an appraisal that I can forward on to any prospective buyer, it was appraised just over a year ago at $43K. https://youtu.be/BitM8uKrSz8 shows a Youtube video of the car, a walk around, and the car running and driving. Video and pictures were taken the day of the listing.
