Mercedes Benz 240D, E class, 123, reliable, new full service, & spare parts

Here for sale is our German built Mercedes Benz 240D. Made in 1982. We moved to USA last year and were members of the Mercedes Benz club for years owning various gems from 1972 through to 1995.

Amazing on Diesel MPG. Cheap to run and super comfortable to drive.

New Emission pass certificate, and i have the clean title in hand.

We bought this car in Florida last year and drove it all the way across America with the Family on our first ever USA road trip. We drove 2766 miles and the engine never missed a beat.

It's really good on fuel and seats are as you would expect super comfortable with no rips or serious wear.

My grandfather from Bath England always said the 240D was the best 123 Mercedes ever made. Better on fuel and with a strong engine.

There is a fully working electric sunroof and the windows are all wind up so less electrics to go wrong.

The seats are in great condition for the age and super comfy!

We had a new front tie rod fitted and a rear axel as well.

There is a first aid kit, original tool kit and all 5 tyres are Bridgestone with good tread. And a leather folder with various manuals, and receipts plus a Haynes manual.

Mileage is 114,231. Which is very low for one of the these classics.

We had fun driving her all around Florida for 3 weeks and then through Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana (and New Orleans), Texas, New Mexico and Colorado.

We decided to treat her to a new paint job and paid to have the rust cut out and replaced.

The dash has a couple of splits from the Florida sunshine but there is a new Dash cover that is included and looks neat.

The central locking needs fixing so must have a small leak. (Easily fixable)

The car comes with loads of spare parts. 2 spare headlights, Spare rear lights, Trim and more.

PPS- we had a $800 service at the Mercedes Specialist Stu Ritters in Denver. (this included Full oil service, and new sump gasket fitted, new alternator Belt, New Bosch glow plugs, New Pre glow plug relay, and new gearbox Bushes)

AND i just had a brand new JVC Cd radio with USB input. Sounds great!

I also just replaced the sun visors withbetteroriginals (cost me $125) and just had delivered two brand new front door seal rubbers which will be included.
