This is a very rare euro model 1973 Mercedes SLC as you noticed euro single headlights, the car is all original and so is the paint. Great chrome and excellent engine. Many months and many dollars to get it right... original hub caps, alloy wheels are extra.....if you want. All brand new tires.Sunroof works, windows work, transmission and the rest of the items work. The cruise not working...44 years old and in great condition for the year.
Parts that has been replaced, all the belts, new radiator, new injectors, spark plugs, plug wires, heater fan, brakes and rotors, upper and lower tie rods, tie rod ends, upper and lower control arms and bushings, new battery, new front windshield, new rear window has a small crack when installer installed it. Heater blower, driver and passenger seat new padding, heat works great, a/c don't know.passenger side rear window replaced and window regulator, .over $ 5800 invested with all receipts....why I'm selling...where I live here on top of the mountains very difficult to find someone who is old enough to work on this old of a car. Even Mercedes Benz techs, don't know...without a on board computer...there lost. Very strong engine lots of power and very nice ride up and down the mountains. Excellent oil pressure, no oil leaks, starts right up first time. Has some small rust areas, floor solid.I'm the second owner, bought new in my home town from an 96 year retired college professor imported from Germany.
