1980 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class . Condition is Used. This beauty has been garage-kept and is in excellent pre-owned condition. The 3-speed automatic transmission was replaced with a 100% remanufactured OEM unit 3 years ago. The brown convertible top was replaced with a new OEM top 2 years ago. The battery was replaced with a matching unit 1 month ago. The color-keyed hard top fits perfectly and has seen very little use. This comes complete with all of it's original tools and factory books and fliers. There are no rust or leaks present. The BF Goodrich T/A tires are 80% or better and the original spare tire and matching wheel have never been on the ground. The A/C blows cold and the heater blows hot. The Blaupunkt AM/FM cassette player is original and the power antenna works smoothly. Even the clock keeps perfect time! The oil and filter are changed every year. The odometer showing 116,281 miles has been inoperable for 2 years. In that time we've only driven it approximately 500miles. Selling it because winter is coming and I'd like to keep our other two cars garaged. It's starts the first time, every time and idles smoothly.I'm open to answering any and all questions and will provide additional pictures as requested.
