Description of 1968 Mercury Monterey |
| BARN find of sorts 1968 Mercury Monterey Fastback in good shape. Originally a 390 car but that's long gone. Trans still in car. Car was last registered in 1983. White exterior/blue interior. First the BAD- headliner is falling and dash pad is rolled back. There is a dent in the lower section of the trunk & part of the taillight is damaged. There is a small pushed in area on the passenger door that can be seen in pics. The GOOD - body is in really good shape. All glass/trim in in excellent shape-front grill is awesome and bumpers are awesome. Door panels in real good shape. Overall excellent car for dropping a motor in a going with a gradual build or a complete restoration. Floor pans and truck are solid as is the frame. Many pics available upon request. 208-392-3667 |
