Description of 1948 Mercury Other M105

1948 Mercury M105 grain truck out of Saskatchewan with RARE Mechanical Gear Driven Hoist dating to the 1920's-30's added onto truck likely 1948-1950. The original owner of this farm truck sold it to his neighbour where it sat in his yard for over 10 years. I am the 3rd owner and am selling this truck to finance the rebuild of my running 1950 F68.
This truck is COMPLETE with all the tags, chrome, markers, switches, etc. The flathead V-8 needs a rebuild or replacement which is above my pay grade. The wooden grain box is rotted but all the parts are there. Small dint on passenger side hood. Passenger side hood hinge broken that's why the hood won't close. Small dint in roof, likely from a tree. Fenders SOLID no rust. The only rust is the drivers side floorboard. Mechanical Turn Signal, another cool addition that operates when you pull a chain inside the cab.
I researched the mechanical hoist as was unable to find any information on it. I have only heard of one other Mercury with a mechanical hoist that resides in a museum in the USA. The hoist appears to work but it does need some welding repairs. Everything there including hand crank.
Other: There are only 2 pieces of glass on the truck that are good, all the rest needs replacing. Door seals need replacing along with interior liner. Seat is complete but needs reupholster. Located in Victoria, BC.
