1964 Mercury Comet Caliente Convertible Rebuilt 289CI 300 HP bored 30 over with 9. 1 flat top pistons. Mild Cam. Holley 650 Carb. with factory intake Chrome dress kit. nbsp;Rebuilt C4 Transmission both less than 2K since rebuild. everything new. Chrome accessories. New dual exhaust/flow masters/stainless dual port tips. All new suspension parts/shocks. tires w/spinner hub caps/brakes/hardware/ rhino undercoating. new convertible top/interior new carpet/ door panels /seats. dash is original and in good shape with no cracks. Midnight Blue Metal Flake Paint. CD player/speakers. All new seals front to back. Not only does baby have power and beauty it's a hard find especially basically near rust free with exception the usual places like the battery box which has been replaced with a new one and a hole about the size of a dollar bill in rear floor panel under the back seat which was welded with heavy duty metal and properly sealed. Has approximately 2K on total restoration. This car has been driven very little only on weekend cruising and was garage kept 90% of the time. The restoration was done over a 2 year period when I had available time/funds. This is not a show car but at a rating of 1-10 I rate it at a 9-9. 5. This car is sold with a Bill of Sale.
