Description of 1950 Mercury Pick Up

1950 Mercury Pick U, solid truck the truck is used as a daily driver, till few week ago, all electrical lights signal horn plate light all work. The underneath the frame is near perfect no patches nothing, the under carriage of cab and box is solid no holes, the motor is lates 70s V8 289 2bbl with a C6 3 speed transmission.The front fenders were changed in its 2 owners life and never painted. The paint is 25 yrs old has patina but other that that some surface rust, underneath is all solid metal. The cab corners, floors, running board are all solid .. The truck has older dual exhaus, a nice set of hedders and exhaust system would definitelybe nice upgrade. The drum brakes are all around where recently done including new ebrake cable. The pictures i took are for rust prone spots and as you can se, leaf springs area, frame everything is solid. Lots of potential in the truck and being its a Mercury gives more rarity then typical ford. You can buy and enjoy and customize while you enjoy
