This very rare first year Mercury Four Door Convertible is being offered for the first time in 54 years. It has been lovingly used and maintained by the same family. primarily used on Sundays and for summer parades. (Garaged at a summer home. has never seen rain or snow. ) The motor has been completely rebuilt as were the top and brakes. Car was painted 28 years ago. looks good from 10 feet but not a show car. Interior was redone approximately 9 years ago and remains in perfect condition. This car is a truly rare find and is appreciating as we speak (see Hemmings). I have only ever seen one. and this is it. Car has 48. 56 original miles. This car features an original flat head V8 and 3 speed manual transmission.
