The 1955 introduction of the sleek, nvelope-bodied MGA Roadster certainly shocked some purists, ut marquee enthusiasts received an exciting preview. Prior to its official launch at Frankfurt, hree aluminum-bodied prototypes were entered at Le Mans. As a result, he MGA was launched with a solid competition pedigree, nsuring its acceptance in the market and the United States in particular, here the bulk of production was destined.
Finished in Red paintwork over a Black trimmed cabin, he MGA 1600 offered here is quite an original Roadster other than older paintwork, nd present nicely as a "driver" .
