1960 Nash Metropolitan. Nevada desert car -- no rust.The car has new paint (base coat and clear coat). Chrome was redipped. Interior is all new. Starting from the rear, it has a 12 gal. fuel cell with sponge. Rear end differential was changed to a 3.72, the highest available, to provide more mph. Original was 4.67. Transmission and engine are from '75 MGB. Trans is 4 speed synchronized. The engine is an 1800 with 5 main bearings that was bored 20 over, new pistons, rings, and bearings. Also has a new cam and lifters, new oil pump, and timing chain. 100 amp alternator and high volume water pump. Engine also has Weber carb 32-36 and intake manifold. Exhaust is a set of pacesetter headers. Cylinder head was cut, new valve seats, bronze valve guides and seals. No belt fan; there is a 17" 12 volt fan in front of rad. Brakes have all been redone. Car runs great; gets 40 mpg.
