1980 Vanguard Sebring Commutacar

This Commutacar has excellent brakes and a newer 6 horse power GE electric motor. It is an excellent example with no rust, solid battery boxes, front and rear bumper shock absorbers, excellent original suspension system complete with all 4 shocks, all original dashboard electricals, original seats, very nice completely original body chassis with no damage or accidents and original factory side body decals, original factory wheel hubs, excellent glass with no cracks or damage, is the deluxe model with every available factory options, and just needs some cleaning up and 8 batteries (6 volt deep cell). This Commutacar is 100% complete except for the 2 front turn signal lenses. The front and rear bumper guards on these Commutacars were made of polyurethane that did not hold up well over time and can be modified. The person who previously owned this Commutacar could not use his legs and set up a hand operated accelerator mechanism which can easily be removed for normal accelerator usage.

This Commutacar is located in the RichmondTexas area(Beasley TX)and can be picked up or you can arrange for a transport company to pick it up. This vehicle is very light as it has no batteries in it so could easily be transported by a suitable trailer and may even fit in a full size pick up truck. The rear glass, rear glass support frame and all 3 heating tube components are pictured and in excellent condition (yes it even has a heater).
