1966 Vanden Plas Pricess 4.0 R with 47887 original miles.This is a one owner car powered by a Rolls Royce engine equipped with Automatic transmission.Under the Bonet is a seven bearing, aluminium alloy, six cylinder Rolls- Royce FB60/40FB engine, with seven main bearings and hydraulic self-adjusting tappets developing 175bhp at 4,800 rpm, plus a massive 218 lb/ft on torque at 3000 rpm. This is in fact a shorter-stroke version of the long-running Rolls-Royce suit cylinder power unit, and it fitted neatly into the Princess, driving through a standard-fit Borg Warner three speed automatic gearbox.
