1928 Marmon Model 78 Roadster Rumble Seat Car!

1928 Marmon Model 78 Roadster w/ Rumble Seat finished in two-tone red and tan paint, fenders and running boards in black. This car was in the same collection for over 30 years before coming to us! The paint is showing checking in the red portions, check out the still pictures. Chrome and brightwork both in nice shape on this! Model 78s have a 120" wheelbase and also happens to be the same model that paced the Indianapolis 500 in 1928! Riding on wood spoke wheels with Marmon center cap. Storage compartment door located on the passenger side for more space! the 216 ci Inline 8 that is paired up with a manual transmission. Red vinyl bench seat interior with matching red vinyl rumble seat in the rear. Original ornate-looking gauge cluster in the dash looks great. Rear mounted spare tire adds to that classic 20's look. Tan cloth convertible top with glass rear window. This has recently had a new battery and a new fuel pump installed. To start make sure you are in neutral (and the key is on) and while holding the clutch, hit the starter on the floor. Nice sounding Marmon Roadster!
