Description of 1969 Dodge Charger

69 383 -2 auto PS PB console, is/was an SE but lost the FT so no proof.
#s 383 and trans to go with it both need rebuilt
New DR. Diff 4 wheel disc brakes and tires,
New front end (except strut bushings)
Perfect frame, original panels, never wrecked
Rebuilt engine and trans (68 383 out of a 68 Charger, trans out of a 66 New yorker, or maybe the original, not sure, never checked) Have original #s engine to go with carDecent paint over dp 90 over original solid paint. Vinyl top looks bad due to crappy install and peeling at belt line but zero rust on top just air bubbles, all trim is present and in driver condition, missing drivers side lower rear window corner trim. grille center section has a crack or two which is repairable, the rest of the grill is in decent condition with no broken grater areas. I accidently rubbed the passenger side quarter panel with my truck and as a result there is a football sized area where the paint is cracked, no dent, just paint damage which can kind of be seen in one of the pictures.Looks really good and all panels and gaps are nearly perfect, body lines, not so muchQuarter patches and bodywork done poorly but looks good, two piece trunk welded in but easily removed, floors are perfect with zero rust ever, pics of quarter patches upon requestNew carpe, headliner, package tray. Door panels and seat covers are a few years old from legendary.Car runs and drives great although will get hot in traffic, could use radiator/ cooling work but has never overheated .Transmission linkage is there but kickdown is disconnected so it's a shift manually kind of deal. Shifts very firmlyCar was A/C but all parts are long gone, heater box is there but currently bypassed. Original heater core is in the trunk to size up to new oneWipers don't work but all parts are there to get working. All interior and exterior lights work as does horn, temp, oil and speedo gauges work, fuel is untrustable, clock used to work, prolly just need lubrication, Dash is uncracked but kinda faded, Passenger side C pillar trim has a missing pieceI have owned this car for over thirty years and am ready to let it go to someone who wants to drive it as I rarely ever do
