Have to sell my beautiful 1975 International Scout II. It was purchased from World Wide Vintage Autos in Colorado and I’ve owned it for 3 years.
THE GOOD:
-Orange exterior w/Rallye decals in white-Manual 3 speed/4 cylinder engine-Runs good!-Mostly all original-Rebuilt Carb-New clutch-New tires-Interior is black and in great condition-New removable black vinyl topper-Very little rust especially for age-disc brakes
THE NOT SO GOOD:-No power steering-Instrument gauges need repair or replace (easy fix)-Some rust spots in the back bed had been repaired, but need some attention.
Unfortunately, I no longer have an indoor spot to store it and, living in Florida, I don’t want to leave it outside in the elements.
Overall I would consider it a great Scout for a super price!! can be driven as is for fun on the weekends or can be restored if you have the time and money. Either way there aren’t many of these left in nice condition and their value continues to rise.
