Description of 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle |
Must sell my 1966 Chevelle Convertible. It ran/drove about 3-4 years ago. It is all complete. all original and the body/floors/trunk solid. Frame has a couple of small holes. so I have a 1966 fully boxed SOLID frame that will be offered to the winner of the car. I also have some extra parts that could go with the sale as well. including a SS hood. driver door with hardware. seats. etc. The paint is original to the car. being Marina Blue. The convertible top is new and the car has its original black interior. It has a powerglide automatic transmission with a 283 small block. original to the era. This is TRULY a barn find that we were going to restore. This car is NOT chopped up or been messed with in ANY way. If you are looking for a solid restoration project. look no further. In true auction style. this car has NO RESERVE so do your homework and bid with confidence. The sale is final and the vehicle is as is and shown. with no warranties expressed or implied. The car has a clear title in my name. NOT a salvaged title. On Apr-16-15 at 12:22:46 PDT. seller added the following information:I've had many questions since I listed the vehicle so I would like to clarify a couple of things:The car ran/drove when I bought it a few years ago but has since been sitting. so it is best to assume it will not run at this point. Also. I BELIEVE the car to be original. complete and solid. however. I am not an expert and make no guarantees whatsoever. Lastly. I have tried to be as descriptive as possible and have included many pictures. If you are unsure of something. just ask me and I will do my best to answer. This goes without saying. but I am going to say it anyway: You are not bidding on a new car. This is a used vehicle that is almost 50 years old and obviously needs a restoration. Look at the pictures. Please be sure before you bid. as there are fees associated with listing on eBay and the sale is final. with no refund to be given. Once the auction ends. the winning bidder will have 48 hours to deposit $500. 00 via Paypal and then the balance will be due upon receipt of the car. Thank you! |
