Description of 1968 Dodge Charger

You are bidding on a 68 charger project that needs complete restoration or just install a new gas tank and sending unit. service the brakes and drive it . The structure of the car is 100 % solid. ( see pics ) solid frame . inner fenders. fire wall. torque boxes . door posts and rear frame rails . The driver and passenger floors are good but will need a few small patches but absolutely no floor replacement needed. Major items that need to be replaced will be quarter skin replacements (250 ea. from Sherman ) trunk floor (400 from Sherman ) and fuel tank with sending unit which you can find for under 200 bux. All trim is present and interior is mostly complete but missing rear seat bottom. The trunk gutters are perfect and so is the roof except at the quarter seam. The engine is the original 318 and it runs perfect. Good oil pressure and has a brand new carb. fuel pump. plugs and wires. The car starts and moves back and forward under its own power but I have not driven it due to the fuel being fed from a jug and the brakes needing service. It will drive on to a transport easily though. I have too many project right now and don't want to see this Mopar sit and wait. I do have a clear Texas bonded title and I will assist with your transport arrangements. Tires and wheels in the pics are not included in the sale but it will have rollers for transport duties.
