Description of 1949 Packard Victoria

All original limited production survivor. Absolutely rock solid 1949 Packard Victoria. This Victoria convertible has lived within a climate controlled environment it's entire life. Always a well cherished Packard and carefully driven.

The original two-tone leather interior is in stunningly excellent condition. The original woven wool floor carpeting (within the trunk as well) is in excellent condition also. It is an excellent Packard! There has been a two stage repaint to the original Matador Maroon color. It shows wonderful! All glass is very good. The body is straight and has absolutely no rust issues at all. Bright work and bumpers is in very good condition. The frame and undercarriage show all original and are rock solid. No evidence of any current or prior issues. The floor pans, nder doors, nder the rocker panels, nd inside the quarter panels are in excellent condition. The trunk has the original carpeting, pare and original jack assembly. Rock solid with original spray coating. Bid with confidence on this high quality, nvestment grade, reservation Packard Victoria Convertible. "It's difficult to find the great ones" .

All power hydraulics are newly rebuilt. New hydro-E rebuilt motor (can't confirm mileage), ll new pistons, oft hoses and rubber. New battery. A new water pump installed. New hoses and belt. Rebuilt carburetor and a fresh tune up. Gas tank was cleaned and reinstalled. There is an inline electric fuel pump on the fuel rail, hich activates with a push button under the dash, or easy starting. Engine has great oil pressure and is so quite, ou do not hear it running! Optional electronic (red pedal) clutch transmission. Complete brake job with new brake cylinders and rubber brake lines. The front suspension is very tight and drives straight as it should. Original rubber door sills are in great shape. The steering wheel had a cover on it for many years. It is like brand new, orn button and ring as well. The engine control looks very nice and is neatly original in appearance, ith mild patina. The tan Hartz canvas is in very good condition with windows.
