Description of 1952 Packard 200 CAVALIER 4-DOOR SEDAN |
Hello and thanks for stopping to check out our 1952 Packard 200 Sedan! This car has the following equipment: 43,796 ACTUAL MILES!! 288CID 8-Cylinder Engine Automatic Transmission Aftermarket AM/FM/CD Stereo Heater (this was an option!) Full Wheel Covers (also an option!) This Packard starts, runs, and drives. It was driven at 55MPH on the freeway and drove fine. The automatic transmission shifts as it should. It was purchased from a gentleman who owned it for about six years. In the time he had it, he put about 600 miles on it. He had bought it froman estate. The car was maintained properly and a receipt is shown for some work that was done last year. There has been some restoration done to it, such as some body filler work done to the rear quarters. There is a little damage here and there to the chrome and bumpers, which you’ll see in the pictures. The underneath and floors appear to be solid. From what I can see, the inside of the trunk was restored, as well as the interior flooring, where you will see new mats. The seats have been re-upholstered. I do not know when the restoration work was done. As stated, there is an aftermarket radio with remote in the car, which is connected to the single speaker in the dash. An important note. The car is still on the 6-volt electrical system. I didn’t see a power inverter installed for the radio, but there must be one somewhere. The tires are good and brakes are working properly. The exhaust is quiet. I did not see any chips or cracks in any of the glass. There are some books and service manuals that are shown in the trunk. We ask that all interested bidders come out, see it, and take it for a test drive. Just give us a call to set up an appointment!
