| | | | COMING SOON: Wonderful genuine 1936 Packard SU 8 Convertible Coupe ready to enjoy. Only 1500 Super Eights were built in 1936. Important to note that 1936 was the last year for the 385 cubic inch straight eight engine, as the smaller 325 cubic inch engine replaced it in 1937. Many styling changes including the 5 degree "tilted" back radiator shell added more style to the beautiful bodies offered. This Packard has a known history from NEW!!! Documented History: 1936 Packard 1404 Super-8 Convertible Coupe Roadster -- Vehicle ID# 14th 959-239 Sold new in Calgary, Alberta to Mr. Jack Baxter. He paid $5000 Canadian for the new Packard. He sold the car to Jim Brewster (Tour bus operator) several years later. It stayed in Canada with Murray Gamon next and shipped to Barph, Alberta where it stayed for many years. Murray shipped the Packard to Custom Auto in Santa Ana, California in 1966-67 for restortion. Completed, he drove it back to Victoria, B.C. to the classic Car museum in 1971. in 1991 it was sold to Gordon Levitt of Vancouver, B.C. It finally went to Seattle, Washington in 1997 and remained in a private collection until 2013. The collector passed away in 2013 and I purchased the Packard in the restored condition as it is presented today. This is one of the best and SOLID Packards I have ever driven. It is amazing AND includes a 2 speed rear end for highway crusing. | |

The following terms of sale apply to all of our online sales.
Payment Methods
Certified check, bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid.
Deposit
Buyer must contact us within 24 hours of accepted offer, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500 deposit is due within 3 business days of listing's end to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due
The remainder is due within 7 days If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell it otherwise. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Shipping
WE CAN ASSIST IN WORLDWIDE SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Silverstone Group â€" has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Silverstone Group welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.
Notice to Bidders
We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. NOTE: All of our eBay inventory is available for sale at our dealership. We will end auctions early should a vehicle be sold at the dealership. Placing a Bid

Negative Feedback Bidders
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.
Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Silverstone Group within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
Non-Paying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 3 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
