This 1946 Packard Clipper Deluxe Eight is largely unrestored and original, save for a recent repaint in correct Packard colors. The car runs and drives nicely, with no known significant issues. Of the 5,714 Clipper Deluxes sold in 1946, this particular car is the only 2-door club coupe in the Packard National Club Registry. The 282cid straight eight engine runs well, and the transmission shifts smoothly. The interior is all original, and in surprisingly great shape. Radial tires have been fit to improve the drivability, but otherwise the car is original and correct. This is an honest, solid, clean, complete and correct car ready to be driven and enjoyed.
