1939 Packard 1700 six sedan. Original interior. Previous owners have had it since the 1950's. Been stored indoors most its life. Driven occasionally each year. Runs good and goes down the road smooth. I took it on a fairly long drive this fall and it went great. The vehicle has all new wheel cylinder parts and hoses. it stops very well. Also has a brand new carquest battery. Also brand new firestone 6.50-16 tires and tubes, and newly painted wheels.Interior is all original and does have flaws and rub throughs as a nearly 80 year old vehicle would have. seats are in good condition. Headliner has two holes in it as seen in pictures.Previous owner says the car was repainted in the early 60's at an Earl Scheib paint dealer. there are a few paint chips and flakes but the car could be buffed back to a good shine. there is some paint loss under the hood to the original color where it probably wasnt prepped correctly. There is a dent in the front fender that has been bumped out but not refinished at some point. The right headlight lens is cracked. All lights operate. Turn signals were added on and do not work at this time.Glass is all in good shape except the windsheild with has some fogging near the bottom as seen in the pictures.Has a newer muffler.horn is LOUD!! I tried to describe this vehicle as best as i can, Overall this is a great driver vehicle. i hate to see it go. if you need any other pictures or information i have left out please dont hesitate to ask. ebay only allows 24 pictures. odometer shows just over 93000 miles.this car is sold as-is where is. no warranties implied or expresssed.Clear michigan title.Buyer to deposit $500 via paypal at end of auction and the remainder to be paid upon pickup in cash or certified check.can hold the vehicle as long as reasonably needed in my heated garage.thanks!
